Get on-board for an exciting career within Corporate Facilities in Novo Nordisk, located in our corporate headquarters in Bagsværd. We are looking for a Real Estate Project Manager for our Finance & Business Support team to help us strengthen our real estate process.



About the department

Corporate Facilities is part of Finance, Legal and Investor Relations in Novo Nordisk, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). We are responsible for building projects, facility related services, real estate, space management, security and conference centres throughout Novo Nordisk in Denmark. We consist of around 300 employees and are responsible for approximately 1 000 outsourced positions within our area of responsibility. The Finance & Business Support team in Corporate Facilities currently consists of sixteen dedicated employees. Our work atmosphere is informal but ambitious, with expectations for solid and dedicated performance.



The job

As Real Estate Project Manager, you will be responsible for Developing and driving the real estate strategy within Novo Nordisk in Denmark, Develop, implement and maintain policies within real estate, Developing business cases for potential property transactions, Liaising property transactions, Ensure high data quality related to Novo Nordisk buildings, Control the rental and budget for administrative buildings in Denmark.



You will report directly to the director of the Finance & Business Support department and quickly become a key player in Corporate Facilities. Business cases and real estate transactions will at times be presented directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Novo Nordisk and you will be able to build a strong network due to interaction with a large number of internal stakeholders.



You are expected to independently drive the area and deliver solid result according to agreed deadlines.



Qualifications

We expect you have completed a relevant bachelor or master degree with excellent results. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience within finance, project management or property related fields in a large or medium sized organisation.



You have strong analytical skills and show a strong sense of responsibility, fully owning your work tasks while driving performance and continuous improvement. You have a self-starter mind-set and a track-record of identifying opportunities and implementing solutions. Further you need to possess strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. You are good at structuring and systematising complex data and preparing professional business cases.



In addition to being fluent in written and spoken English, as well as a Scandinavian language, you should be a proficient user of IT tools and ready to invest both time and efforts in your personal and professional development.
