Do you want to play a key role in creating business relevant insights in Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing called Product Supply? In PS P&O we are looking for a HR Analyst to take responsibility for HR data management.



About the department

You will be part of the Process Support team which is one out of seven teams in the central HR organisation (P&O) in Product Supply (PS). Besides HR analytics the team coordinates, delivers and provides process support to the global P&O community in PS, including HR IT systems, recruitment, mobility, training development and delivery, web and communication.



We collaborate closely with Line of Business as well as the corporate HR organisation on all management levels to ensure that business needs and processes are supported optimally.



The team has 15 highly dedicated and skilled colleagues, who work together in an informal and supporting atmosphere. An open and honest dialogue is a core value and we set ambitious goals to which we are committed as a team.



The job

As our new HR Analyst you will manage and own HR analytics methods, processes and systems in PS. In the role you will develop, continuously improve and maintain the HR Analytics area in PS to ensure effective and efficient support to the HR processes in PS globally. You will represent PS in corporate HR Analytics initiatives safeguarding consolidated PS needs.



You will be accountable for delivery of HR data, data analysis and reports in PS and be go-to person when ad-hoc analysis and reports are requested by management and local HR Directors.



Your primary responsibility will be to analyse the business operation from an HR perspective by using excel, databases, statistics and other tools. You will combine data sets, perform calculations and create reports, run analysis and do forecasting to create management information on all HR business processes. You must analyse performance of HR business processes and diagnose issues, visualise and summarise findings in pivots tables and graphical representations.



Another area of responsibility is to drive the Balanced Scorecard process for PS P&O and define KPI’s in cooperation with PS Finance and others. You will ensure reporting on KPI’s to management and supply data and reports as planned and agreed, e.g. monthly KPI reports and data packages.



Qualifications

You hold a relevant academic degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, HRM, Economics or similar, preferably topped with 5-10 years of working experience, which has provided you with solid insights of various HR processes.



We are looking for a person who has hands-on experience from a leading role within HR Analytics in a global environment. You are confident in using business and HR applications and have an interest and expertise in identifying optimization possibilities and efficiently using data across different systems.



You are structured and used to work with deadlines. You are able to go into detailed analysis as well as keeping the overview when setting direction for vendors and Line of Business. You can manage complexity and changes in an international environment.



You enjoy sharing your knowledge and getting input from others. You want to be part of a team of talented colleagues and as a person you are a team player with a good sense of humour and enjoy a busy, professional but also informal atmosphere.



As we are working in a global context it is essential that you are fluent in English, also in writing. It is an advantage if you are familiar with HR IT systems and has experience from the pharmaceutical industry. You are trained to a super user level in relevant business applications and tools, e.g. ERP systems, SQL or similar. You have database and data model knowledge and are kind of an Excel wizard.
