We are a Home Care company based in North Dublin. We are recruiting for Health Care Assistatns to work with in the Norht Dublin Community.
Job Description
- Assist client to live independently in their own home
- Medication prompt
- Meal preparation
- Personal Care
- Light Housework
- Assist with clients’ nutritional, physical and social needs as laid out in their individual Care Plan
What the successful candidate needs
- A caring, patient, reliable person
- Ability to work independently or part of a team
- A strong interest in working with the most venerable within the community
- FETAC/QQI Level 5 Care of the older person, Care Skills and manual handling - Not essential.
- Experience desirable but not essential / 2 references
