Key Responsibilities
As Head of Training you will be leading a team of five HR professionals dedicated to deliver training expertise and administrative services to our global organization. You are globally responsible for training management, and have a functional reporting line from the local training roles around the world.
Your responsibilities will include:
•Daily management and development of Training team, including building team capabilities to fulfill aspiration for Global People Support.
•Deploying the strategic direction of Maersk Drilling into an operational mindset, within a field that is in focus in the drilling industry, and is considered a competitive edge with our customers.
•Business Process owner for global training processes, including identifying process improvement areas. You will build strong process excellence and optimization skills.
•Manage and take part in projects with global impact.
•Interpret business challenges and turn them into proactive training solutions.
Who we are looking for
•You have 6-8 years of experience within an HR function. You may have managerial experience – or you have a strong interest in developing your leadership capabilities.
•You are a self-starter and thrive in a fast paced environment.
•You are able to manage many different stakeholders.
•You are ambitious and goal-oriented and recognize that your success is based on combined team efforts.
•You are a good communicator with great business acumen, and you are seen as a trusted advisor to the business you support.
•You may have experience with the drilling or energy sector.
You are willing to give your wholehearted attention to the job where you undoubtedly will be challenged and benefit from the advantages of working in a large international company.
To apply for this position, you must hold a valid Danish work- and residence permit. Proficiency in English is a prerequisite.
