Description

Our customers need strong IT solutions to deliver value on aspects as compliance, documentation, efficiency optimizations and user management. As Head of Global Customer IT-Support, you will be leading the global team responsible for bridging the knowledge in R&D and Marketing to the commercial organizations and back again. While most requests will originate from the markets, it will be important to consolidate the overall trends and use those to generate insights to be used in future as improved service and further product development.

The goal of the global support organization is to advice and support our collaborators in matters related to IT solutions and connectivity, by making expert knowledge easily available. Operating in a regulated environment, compliance and standard processes are an important part of this position to secure high level of service to our customers. As we strive to drive continuous improvements that can be applied at a global level, a solid understanding of stakeholder and change management will be essential for success.

The job

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

-Set up and improve global standard processes for execution of support tasks

-Implement process for knowledge centered support – including modernizing the tool-chain

-Ensure technical feedback from markets are incorporated into later versions of our products

-Drive external quality metrics that is translated into impactful actions

-Contribute to strategy, leadership and driving results in software leadership team

Qualifications

-Engineer, M.Sc. or other relevant technical education

-Strong background in software/IT

-Experienced leader, with strong people and change management skills

-Experience delivering professional services and understanding of the support structures and processes, experience with knowledge centered support will be a benefit

-Understanding of R&D processes and how to establish the right collaboration between R&D and support

-Experience working in regulated industry with strict processes, knowledge about the Medical domain will be a plus

-Experienced IT implementer / project manager at customer site

-Fluent English – written and spoken, Danish is not a must

-Ready to travel 5 weeks per year as minimum

-Intelligent and analytical with helicopter view and a positive and constructive way of thinking. Good business understanding and at the same time extremely quality conscious with sense of important details.
