TORM is presently looking for an ambitious and dynamic Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Manager who can perform and drive various Corporate Finance tasks and projects in addition to assisting with TORM’s Investor Relations(IR) activities. The right candidate is expected to have the big picture of TORM's financial activities and at the same time understand and work detailed with complex financial tasks.
The Job
As Corporate Finance & Investor Relations Manager, you will be part of Corporate Support that among others span across Financial Planning, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, Business Intelligence. Strategy and Communication. You will report to the Head of Corporate Finance & Investor Relations and be located at TORM's head office in Hellerup.
The Corporate Finance & Investor Relations team is responsible for IR activities, larger capital structure projects, including equity market transactions, long-term financial forecasting, and investment analysis across the TORM Group. The team works to provide high quality financial sparring to TORM’s Board of Directors and Senior Management and keeping existing and potential investors as informed as possible of important events and milestones for the Company.
Your specific responsibilities will depend on your qualifications, but is expected to include:
• Participation in larger capital structure projects, including:
o Potential US IPO of TORM
o Potential Merger & Acquisition activities
• Support of long-term financial modeling, including:
o Monthly report deliverables
o Quarterly impairment tests
o Business plan developments
• Investor Relations support, including:
o Annual and quarterly reports
o Investor roadshows
o Analyst dialogue
• Financial ad hoc support to management
Profile
We are looking for an ambitious person, with approximately 1-3 years of relevant work experience, who has a strong personal drive and thrives in a busy and exiting work environment.
You have a relevant theoretical background, such as M.Sc. in Business Administration (Cand.merc.FIR) or in Economics (Cand.polit./oecon.), and your ability to present analyses in a short and precise manner and solutions to complex problems reflect your strong analytical and communication skills.
Furthermore, you have/are:
• Experience from a Corporate Finance and/or IR function, e.g. from investment banking, in-house corporate finance department or other relevant consultancy
• Significant project management experience
• Strong focus on quality, delivering results and meeting customer expectations
• You have the ability to get an overview of a specific situation and at the same time work detailed on specific problems
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• You are a strong user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

We offer a contract on local Danish terms, a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package including bonus, pension and health insurance.
Some overtime during peak periods is to be expected. However, the position contains great potential for future development and influence.
