Currently, we give support to ALTEN on European level in searching of Commissioning Engineer for one of their clients from pharmaceutical sector based in Penzberg (50km from Munich), Germany.
The candidate we are looking for should have the following skills:
Technically:
- Good knowledge concerning Biopharmaceutical processes incl. clean media systems (Ultra-/Dia Filtration, Chrom skids etc.)
- Experience in handling PCS systems (Yokogawa, Delta-V, preferably Siemens) is compulsory. Execution of phase testing is the major part of the C&Q tasks.
- Good knowledge in IQ (PID walk down etc.) and OQ execution and the related documentation (GDP, etc.)
- Handling of punch lists and organization
- Progress reporting to the commissioning lead
General skills:
- Ability to lead a commissioning team
- Organization of the daily activities in cooperation with other C&Q teams and departments (Automation, Construction, HVAC etc.)
- Organization of the daily activities in consideration of the project schedule.
- Fluent German (writing and speaking) in highly valuable
- Familiar with all safety requirements related to commissioning activities.
