Job offer description
The Cork International Hotel is currently recruiting for a Senior Chef-de-Partie.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mise en place and service in the various food outlets, which include A la Carte Bar Menu, Restaurant and Banqueting for up to 400 people,
Experience of a 4 star establishment or similar standard is essential.
The candidate should be passionate about food, strong communication skills, willingness to learn and develop own skills
Fluent English is essential.
Candidates must have a legal right to work in Ireland
