The successful individual will be comfortable working in a fast paced kitchen. We require a team player, that is customer focused and has an attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will be bright, friendly with very good communication and organisational skills. We expect the individual to be flexible towards hours of work and be familiar with food hygiene regulations and the need for the proficient application of hazard analysis and critical control points in the kitchen.
