Our Business Unit Pharmaceutical Systems is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of special glass tubes and pharmaceutical primary packaging made of glass and polymers. We are looking for a WW Service Supporter who will be located at Lukácsháza, Hungary and work for our operations.

Your profile:
-
English fluent spoken and written is a must
-
Technical competence /good communication skills at all level
-
2 years experiences at (machine) production/maintenance desirable
-
Project management experience
-
Affinity for optimizing technical systems (mechanics, control, testing systems)
-
Systematic, analytic and precise thinking, approach and working method
-
Excellent communication skills at all levels, team player attitude
-
Willingness to travel about 5-10%
Your tasks
-
Organization, execution and documentation of meetings (Workshops, etc.) in English
-
Elaborate technical instructions
-
Ensure the elimination of machine related Problems (among other things, editing of Support- & Drawings requests, Spare Part Management)
-
Working with the ticket-system to provide solutions to the customer (finding the right contact person and ensure that the customer gets a feedback)
