The ScrumMaster's main focuses include the following: ensuring a proper balance between the product owner, the development team and management, moderating the team, organizing the team, helping to keep the team focused on the current sprint, helping to achieve sprint goals, solving impediments, striving to develop the team into a high-performance team and improving processes for future sprints. It is NOT NECESSARY to have a ScrumMaster designation (we will certify you); however, it is necessary to be strongly oriented towards “soft leadership skills”: moderation, facilitation, presentation, communication and conflict resolution.
