Tool mechanic (m/f/d)
The company in Wertheim/Main is specialized in high-performance polymers for the automotive industry and medical technology.
The training lasts 3.5 years. During this time, you will work in our company and attend vocational school on a daily basis. In addition, you will attend various training courses.
Your tasks:
- Making and machining an injection mould by hammering, filing, drilling, milling and turning - all to
an accuracy of a thousandth of a millimeter
- Operation of CNC-controlled machines and partly their programming
- Responsibility for dimensional accuracy, i.e. operation of measuring and testing equipment
- Application of a broad knowledge of different metals, their properties and processing possibilities
You should bring the following requirements:
- Preferably B1 level in German
- Good grades in mathematics, chemistry, technology and physics
- A secondary school leaving certificate
- Team spirit
- Fascination with plastic products, which nowadays are an integral part of our world
