Process mechanic for plastics/rubber technology (m/f/d)
The company in Wertheim/Main is specialized in high-performance polymers for the automotive industry and medical technology.
The training lasts 3 years. During this time, you will work in our company and attend vocational school on a weekly basis. In addition, you will attend various training courses.
Your tasks:
- Planning the production of automotive and medical products from high-performance polymers
(high-quality plastics)
- Installation of production machines and plants
- Processing of plastics as a specialist for polymer materials (in-depth knowledge of their specific
characteristics)
- Operation (start-up) of the CNC-controlled production equipment and monitoring of the production
process
- Quality control of the finished products
- Cleaning, maintenance and servicing of the machinery
You should bring the following requirements:
- Preferably B1 level in German
- Good grades in mathematics, chemistry, technology and physics
- A secondary school leaving certificate
- Team spirit
- Fascination with plastic products, which nowadays are an integral part of our world
