Travel Advisor (m/f) Germany - Porto

Kelly Services is recruiting Travel Advisor  (m/f) Germany  for a tourism enterprise situated in PortoCity Center).

Your mission

As a travel Advisor you'll be responsible for providing the best possible customer service, by answering customer's queries (by phone or via email) and by an accurate follow up. This means that you should be able to create and ensure a fruitful relationship with customers.

Requirements

•Excellent fluency in written and spoken Germany – (eliminatory);

•Genuine interest in working with and helping customers

•Experience in account management and/or customer care (preferential);

•Excellent communication skills;

•Proactive and autonomous;

•Team player and willing to join a multicultural workplace;

•Organized, able to multitask and to face successive changes;

•Strong problem solving ability;

•Data and results driven;

•Empathic, critical thinker and creative;
