Would you like to ensure that PS Quality has the competencies needed for us to continuously develop our product quality and safeguard our patients? Would you like to help translate the future business demands and external requirements into real skills and behaviour for more than 700 employees? Do you want to assist highly educated and experienced employees with further developing their competencies? Then you might be one of the 2 CVP Training Partners that we are currently looking for to join PS Quality.

About the department

You will be part of a highly engaged, experienced and ambitious team that provide solutions within HR, communication and Training. You will report to the HR Director in PS Quality.

The CVP Training Partners are newly established positions. This is therefore also an opportunity to join a growing organisation in its making and to get an opportunity to impact how we will assess and fill competency gaps in the future efficiently. As our new CVP Training Partner, you will have an excellent opportunity to share and gain knowledge with your closest colleagues as well as through your memberships of a number of reference groups and networks across Product Supply and Novo Nordisk, where you will meet other highly dedicated and competent specialists.

The job

As our CVP Training Partner, you will contribute to the design of the training organization across PS Quality. You will be participating in defining and designing training projects across PS Quality and in their implementation in specific organizational units.

Your first task will be to create a clear overview of the current competencies and training programs in a particular organisational unit. Following this you will address gaps and drive improvements together with staff from the units you support. You will be trained in and become responsible for implementing relevant PS Training Standards and of ensuring alignment across several organizational units.

Long term, you will play a key role in the alignment/harmonisation of competency development across Product Supply and PS Quality.

You can look forward to a challenging job in a diverse environment where you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with employees at different hierarchical levels of the organisation and the chance to make a difference for the employees in PS Quality.

Qualifications

You hold a relevant Master’s degree, e.g. within Pedagogy, Training, Human Resource Management and have experience with implementing competency development programs in large, international organisations. You are an experienced project manager and know how to engage stakeholders and manage change. You have a good understanding of complex processes and know how to operate in a dynamic organisation. Also, you are able to utilise your strong social- and communication skills to become a “go-to person” who can facilitate and lead the way by engaging and motivating colleagues. Finally, you are able to work independently and have a high personal drive to achieve results. You speak and write English and preferred Danish fluently.

At Novo Nordisk, your skills, dedication and ambition help us change lives for the better. In exchange, we offer you an opportunity to work with extraordinary talent and benefit from a range of possibilities for professional and personal development.
