Do you want to play a key role in delivering training in Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing called Product Supply? Do you enjoy delivering a high level of service to stakeholders when coordinating a course portfolio? Do you have a solid experience you can put into play to continuously develop to our standards and best practices? Then you could be our new colleague. In PS P&O we are looking for an experienced training coordinator to drive a part of our course portfolio.



About the department

You will be part of the Process Support team which is one out of seven teams in our central HR organisation (P&O) in Product Supply (PS). Besides course coordination the team provides process support to the global P&O community in PS, covering processes and services within HR IT systems, HR analytics, recruitment, mobility, training development web and communication. We collaborate closely with Line of Business as well as our Shared Service Centre in Bangalore.



The team has 15 highly dedicated, skilled and hard-working colleagues, who cooperate in an informal and supporting atmosphere. An open and honest dialogue is a core value for our team.



The job

As training coordinator you are responsible for coordinating internal learning activities in PS across the global organisation of the production area. You work with planning, execution, documentation, reporting, cost calculation and follow-up on learning activities. The main part of the work is carried out in LearnIt, our Learning Management System from SuccessFactor.



You will be a superuser in LearnIt and part of providing support to other superusers in PS.



Your primary stakeholders will be our offshoring partner in Bangalore, the training organisations in each business area and on international sites, our internal trainers, the activity content owners and external suppliers.



It is important that you are enthusiastic about working with these outlined tasks. You will experience a lively organisation with many and changing tasks which you will have to handle. New tasks will continuously arise and you must take your part. Besides clear engagement for your area of responsibility it is expected that you solve your tasks effectively with a high level of quality and loyalty to the standards that exist for your working area.



Qualifications

Your educational background can be one of many, but it is essential that you have several years of relevant experience with administration and coordination within learning and development. It is an extra plus if you have experience from a job with responsibility for a portfolio of courses in a larger organisation.

You want to be part of a team of talented colleagues and as a person you are a team player with a good sense of humour and enjoy a busy, professional but also informal atmosphere.



As we are working in a global context it is essential that you are fluent in both written and spoken English. You are a skilled user of various IT systems, have a flair for IT and may have worked with different kinds of learning technologies. Experience with a Learning Management System and especially knowledge of SuccessFactor LMS is a huge advantage.
