Ensuring quality by testing thoroughly
We at Sennheiser Communications develop music, gaming and professional headsets to a global market, and our name stands for premium quality of our products and work. As part of our test team, you are going to contribute significantly to maintaining our high quality standards for the future generations of headsets.
In your role, you will be located at our headquarters in Ballerup (Copenhagen). Our test projects are usually driven by the local test team who defines test requirements, which are executed in cooperation with our strategic partners in Asia. You will work with telecommunication products that usually have multiple interfaces to phone systems and to numerous PC applications.
Your experience in testing methods and tools enable you to plan, execute and follow-up on testing activities between the local and Asian test teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality of our wired & wireless headsets solutions. The position will cover following tasks:
- Hands-on Explorative, regression and acceptance testing
- Follow-up and coordination with test teams in Denmark & India
- Drive visibility of the test vector in the projects
- Bug tracking and test case management
- Optimization of test tools and processes
- Definition of test requirements
- Market analysis of new test tools
Your qualifications
For this exciting job opportunity you should hold the following qualifications and skills:
Degree in engineering and 2+ years of experience in testing
- Experience with test reporting and issue management tools
- Experience with test processes, test tools and coordination with external partners
- Be an outgoing team player who is used to work with many interfaces
- Excellent communication skills in written and oral English
- Danish work permit required
Below qualifications and skills are an advantage:
- Experience with Bluetooth, DECT/CAT-IQ or other telecommunication products
- Cloud based and PC/Mac applications testing
- Test automation
- ISTQB/ISEB certification
