Technical Support for the German market

We are looking for motivated candidates, wanting to improve the knowledge in IT or Customer Service.

SAP offers full-time permanent contract in Galway. Salary up to 35.000 Euro per Annum + free canteen. Relocation offered

Responsibilities:

• Providing language interface to customers
• Analyse and resolve customer incidents by means of knowledge databases 
  
  and/or verifying customising entries
• Reporting complex/undocumented errors to Expert Support
• Provide consulting for customers on how-to-, procedural issues and queries
• Share knowledge with the team
• Maintain Knowledge Database

Necessary qualifications:

• Familiarity with general IT
• Proficiency in using standard desktop applications – e-Mail, MS-Office, browser usage etc.
• Familiarity with general business terms and processes.
• Strong team player.
• Experience in troubleshooting
