Technical Service Lead for IT Access Management – Carlsberg Global Business Services
Can you set the standards for global IT Access Management? Do you want to work with Active Directory, SAP authorisations and ensure compliance? The position is located in Copenhagen and with direct report to the Senior Director for Application Technology.
Team-lead role that sets future standards for active directory, authorisations and security
As Technical Service Lead, your objective is to lead the development and maintenance of IT Access Management and manage the delivery of structures, procedures and technical solutions. It is important that you are proactive towards the businesses, positioning your department, to make it natural for them to inform and update you when there are changes in authorizations / levels. Thus, you have an opinion and vision about what defines Best Practice in IT Access Management.
Together with your team, you cover a range of tasks. Besides daily operations of changes and incident management, you participate in and/or drive a number of projects that aim at optimizing and ensuring Best Practice and compliance in the system set-up and processes. Your team manages many of the daily tasks, and where you ensure that they have optimal conditions and full information. Your main responsibilities include:
•Manage development and on-going maintenance of the IT Access Management roadmap and activities
•Interact and collaborate with functional and technology teams regarding requirements
•Ensure that 3rd party suppliers adhere to agreed policies and compliance
•Drive taskforce activities for specific investigations / solutions such as clean-up of users, preparation for audits and other ad hoc projects
•Establish and maintain an overview of risks / risk management, and define levels for security
•Ensure customer satisfaction in regards to incident management and changes within your area of responsibility
•Functional lead for your team, with attention to development, motivation and delegation
•Manage 3-party offshore team regarding incident and change delivery
People management experience, combined with strong insight in SAP authorizations and a passion for security
As a manager, you are engaging, delegating and focused on establishing the right conditions for your team. It is natural for you to act holistically as well as hands-on. You are strong in your stakeholder management, ensuring buy-in from your partners and internal customers. Also, you can prioritize tasks for yourself and your team, and you can communicate your planning. Professionally, some of your skills include:
•Experience from a technical or coordinating role in SAP authorizations including IDM and Active Directory
•Experience from incident management, change implementation and project delivery
•Background from setting up structures and processes in security, compliance etc.
•A minimum of 3-4 years of people management experience
•Expected travel days are 20 days per year
•Fluency in English, verbally and in writing
A team with strong focus on globalizing processes and structures in an organization with an ambitious IT agenda
You will be joining Application Technology that supports Western European IT Operations with stable, well-performing and up-to-date core business solutions incl. optimized maintenance, governance, processes and tools. The organization delivers required services with SAP Basis, Global Integration, Change & Release Management, RICEFW and Access Management. This role is responsible for a team of 4 specialists in Denmark and Poland, and indirectly for approx. 20 resources in India. Your role is to set the overall agenda, ensure buy-in in the organization, and support your team in their prioritization and problem-solving.
