Technical Product Supporter, Drives

Join our team of passionate and customer driven colleagues who everyday strive towards growing and expanding OJ Electronics: A leading manufacturer of electronic products within the ventilation and floor heating industry, located in beautiful Sonderborg. OJ Electronic has the past 10 years experienced great growth and expanded our organization, and we are now looking to expand our Technical Support Team as soon as possible.
As our new Technical Product Supporter you will be part of the OJ Drives Team and have a key role in training customers in how to use our cutting-edge products. Your most important task is to provide excellent technical support both from our office and onsite. Supporting and helping our customers is key to our continuous growth and success.
Your tasks:
- Remote and onsite technical support to our customers
- Write technical material on product improvements and new features
- Create product presentations
- Create training material and conduct technical training of customers and colleagues
- Be part of competitor product analysis
- Coordinate and drive product documentation in cooperation with product managers
- Maintain the present technical product literature and prepare new product literature
You will be able to shape and influence the position as you grow and develop with us. Your competences:
- Your educational background is e.g. Electrician, Engineer, Production Technologist or Automation Technician
- You have at least 3 years of experience within supporting, assembling or servicing preferably drives
- You have an interest in and an understanding of product software
- You have knowledge of testing tools and test set-ups
- You have a structured and systematic way of working
- You are quality conscious, development oriented and collaborate well with both colleagues and external partners
- You speak and write English fluently and are able to communicate in Danish
