Maersk Oil is looking for a Student Assistant in our Strategic HR Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated and high-calibre student to join a dynamic team and work with on delivery of robust, fact-based and consistent HR analytics to help Maersk Oil in managing people agenda. In this job you have the opportunity to develop and excel with your analytics, reporting and presentations skills through working with senior stakeholders in our management teams, both at Corporate and Business Unit level.

Key Responsibilities
Compile the HR reporting (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly) to internal and external stakeholders, including the analysis of the observed trends.
Typical tasks include:
oIndependently manage regular monthly reports
oAssist in ad-hoc HR analytics requests
oAssist in monthly data improvement processes with global HR community
oSupport team in strategic workforce planning activities across Maersk Oil
In time we will expect you to take ownership in managing minor projects.
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate has BSc degree and is pursuing Master Degree either in business administration, statistics, mathematics, or similar relevant degree.
Consulting-like profile with structured approach to problem solving and data analysis.
Quick learner, thorough and delivery-focused in the way of working.
Good communication skills and the ability to present data analysis
The ideal candidate will have a command of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Ability to work in global teams, with many cultures and nationalities, with respect for cultural differences.
Basic understanding of HR and Fluency in English
Relevant previous work experience will be appreciated but it is not required.
