Software Quality Assurance Lead (M/F)

We are currently looking for a talented, strongly passionate QA Lead, who thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses great leadership & communication skills, and have a desire to assist in the delivery of great software.

The selected applicant will be responsible for defining the Quality Assurance processes for the overall msg Sales & Service product line. It is expected that successful applicants have demonstrated experience in setting up QA initiatives, selecting tools and defining testing strategies for both automated and manual testing, as well as working with the scrum team to integrate these processes and tools into the day-to-day SDLC and build/deploy pipeline toolset.

msg Sales & Service is a web platform for developing insurance solutions for sales and underwriting that can be highly customized at each customer’s implementation. As such, testing procedures and automated tests need to take this variety and customization into account in order to provide for effective and efficient QA throughout the regular development sprints and customer releases (where regression testing is a most) at the unit, component and integration level.
