Together with Nautor's Swan, we are looking for professionals to manufacture the world's finest sailboats for Jakobstad.
Since 1966, Nautor's Swan has been manufacturing unimaginatively high-quality sailing ships for the world on a turnkey basis, including accurate final inspections, before handing over the ships to the customer – without ever compromising on quality.

We expect strong expertise from new employees in the field of carpentry/ship carpenters. You have an understanding of quality and want to do your job as well as possible and in a polished way. You are ready to commit and contribute to the work community by bringing your professional skills into the working group.
You can already be a professional in the field and you have already demonstrated your expertise in various demanding projects. But you can also only be at the beginning of your career and have strong handicrafts and a strong desire to develop your skills.
In all work, the word quality is at the core, the end result must be accurate and in accordance with the requirements.
You can and should be proud of this work and the completed ships!
The duties will be filled as soon as possible. Together with Nautor's Swan, we can offer a competitive salary, help find an apartment and work on the world's finest sailboats.
Housing: We pay half of the housing costs in Jakobstad (apartment offered)
Need: 1 - 2 years (need for a longer period of time)
Work clothes: We take care of work clothes
