As our new Senior Software Framework Developer, you will join Production Test Systems – more specifically the Data management & Tools team. Working in a project oriented and agile development culture where sparring is a central part of our day. We develop a .NET based software tools and data management systems that facilitate product development and product quality verification.

You participate in all development phases from definition until release and deployment. Depending on your experience, you will take ownership of various PC software components and tools and participate in the ideation, specification and development of these. In particular, you:
• provide innovative and effective solutions to the software system in general as well as to the specified features and assure high quality implementation of these.
• take ownership of the quality of your project deliveries and during the integration iterations you will eagerly support the debugging and quickly develop good solutions to the problems.
• participate in a project with 3 or more developers that delivers essential functionality for the development of hearing instruments
Do you have what it takes to make ReSound even more successful?
• You hold a degree, preferably Ph.D. in Computer Science combined with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in software development.
• You also have experience with .Net, SQL databases and service-oriented systems.
• You have experience with agile methodologies, TDD/ATDD and setting up Continuous Integration environment within Microsoft Team Foundation Server.
• Experience working with Medical Software will be an advantage.
• You have knowledge of agile and lean software development and knowledge of design patterns and UML/SysML and you know how to design software and perform documentation.
• You speak, read and write English fluently – other language skills are an advantage.
