Corporate Quality is looking for a person who can take active part in supporting the nonconformity process in our global quality system, novoGloW. We are looking for a candidate who can advise and support our stakeholders globally in all aspects of the nonconformity process and the novoGloW system. It is essential that you are passionate about supporting and building relations to stakeholders and strive for a high stakeholder satisfaction in everything you do with the aim of delivering value to the business.

About the department

The position as novoGloW Senior Process Adviser is based in novoGloW Operations in Corporate Quality. The department supports the core quality processes anchored in the novoGloW system. novoGloW is a workflow-based IT system used for handling core quality processes globally in Novo Nordisk. The following processes are currently supported by the system and supported by novoGloW Operations; change control, nonconformities, CAPA handling and audits.

Besides this is the department also responsible for improving novoGloW; we strive for a more simple and user-friendly novoGloW and at the same time robust to ensure we are in compliance with external requirements. The department consists of a dynamic and diverse mix of process and technical competencies.

The position

In your role as novoGloW Senior Process Advisor you understand the overall elements and regulatory requirements regarding the nonconformity process. You advise and support our stakeholders globally in all aspects of the process and the novoGloW system.

The support concept is based on super users (subject matter experts) around the globe and you will be responsible for maintaining their knowledge to assure the end-user support. You will be part of maintaining and improving the training setup and material as well as driving a subject matter expert network. Additionally you will be involved in improving the novoGloW system.

This is a two year temporary position.

Qualifications

You have a relevant university degree and can document some years of relevant experience. It would be an advantage if the experience includes work within the pharmaceutical industry, supporting workflow-based IT systems and quality management processes. In particular, the nonconformity process – preferable as a subject matter expert. You are experience in applying change management guidelines, working in a project context and you master both teaching and facilitation.

Meetings and presentations in English will be part of your daily work, so good communication skills and fluent English are required. The candidate can work independently but also be part of a team and is able to handle several tasks at the same time. You have a strong personal drive and are proactive in your approach. You thrive in a busy environment and bring a positive can-do attitude to your work – even when the pressure is on. You must have high level of analytical skills and ability to quickly obtain an overview of a given subject and capable of presenting solutions. Finally, it is vital that the candidate has a good sense of humour and team working abilities.
