About the department
Diabetes Finished Products in Kalundborg (DFPKA) is a site with 680 highly motivated employees. We are a complex site with Aseptic Filling, Assembly and Packaging. In Business Support we aim to support our internal and external customers in a provisional way. We work with cLEAN in all processes.
The job
Your overall objective will be to develop DFPKA’s Project Office. In all that you do, you focus on developing project governance and project portfolio management. On top of that, you support your department with focus on project deliverables, schedule, scope and budget. To be successful, you set direction and align with all strategic stakeholders.
An equally important part of your job will be to develop standards, structures and templates for project execution to maintain a high level of quality and alignment. In addition, you will focus on building strong and transparent project processes to support the site strategic priorities. As budget responsible for a considerable site investment budget of 130 MDKK you will ensure accurate cost control, stable budgets and monthly reporting processes. As a part of your role you will be site responsible for risk reporting and alignment.
You will head all people management activities for 12-18 highly qualified and motivated colleagues, including Associated Manger, Senior Project Managers and Project Managers. It is your job to demonstrate strong and efficient leadership and set direction for the team to secure delivery of results according to plan. You make sure we have the right competencies at hand and continuously develop the Project Office in order to ensure future operation.
Qualifications
You hold a Master’s degree topped with at least 8 years’ project management experience. Some of your professional skills derive from the pharmaceutical industry topped with vast knowledge of portfolio management and experience of strategy development and implementation. This background has provided you with the ability to handle a very high business complexity and significant variance in work load as well.
Additionally, you are an experienced manager able to motivate, develop and empower highly educated and independent people. As you will be performing in a position with a broad contact network, your decisive approach is as important as your ability to build and maintain relations across projects and time. To this end, your solid communication and cooperation skills are also of great importance. You thrive in a flexible and dynamic environment and are ready to embrace changes. Finally, you excel in written and spoken English.
