Carlsberg Global Business Services (CGBS) offers a role in the team for Application Services Backend & Analytics supporting Western Europe, with responsibility for ensuring precise and timely resolution of tickets, service catalogue requests and change request developments.
The role has a technical focus, and it is thus required to have configuration experience in SAP. More importantly, the role can pinpoint business needs and ensure that the technical organization delivers what is agreed-upon.
The Job
The job is to act as solution expert within Logistics and warehouse management area. Logistics covers normal SAP Logistics + a few other systems specific to Carlsberg. We work in an outsourced model and the Senior consultant role is much about securing the design and cooperation with the offshored team all delivered at a high quality.
Being the interface between Solution Architect, Business, Outsourcing partner and the Functional teamlead for Logistics.
Involved in Change request by helping outsourcing partner write correct functional specification or writing itself. Testing solution in integration testing before handing over to business. Run meetings with business to follow up on tickets and Change requests.
You will act as a lead expert in the functional area and be primary business contact for technical questions in area. On top of that:
•Drive Change requests either as being the one responsible or by driving 3:Rd party vendors and outsourcing partner
•Secure ticket resolution in responsibility area done in optimal way
•Perform integration tests on solutions done by outsourcing partner before handing over to business
•Act as counterpart to solution architect
•Be part of RCA on Problem (we work in ITIL structure).
•Be part of solving business critical issues when they occur, sometimes by taking the lead of a task force.
The Profile
Preferably at least 3-5 years working experience of SAP LE/WMS
Knowledge in the transportation planning tool from Ortec would be highly valuated in Carlsberg referred to as LEO, Logistics Execution optimization.
Capabilities to drive and achieve results together with many different cultures and profiles.
