The opportunity We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant for our Business Transformation team, with a strong focus on the Medtech space that supports commercial transformations combined with a passion for the Health Sciences and Consumer sectors. This role offers the opportunity to utilise your knowledge and experience to drive commercial and customer transformation initiatives in those dynamic industries.Embark on your next journey and join our unique Business Transformation team to help solve exciting problems on a daily basis! Your key responsibilities - Manage projects in commercial MedTech space spanning from CRM, Marketing, Pricing and services - Coordinate teams with different background and seniority, on site, nar and off shore - Support the leadership team to develop the EY MedTech practice - Build strong relationships with international clients, manage expectations, and resolve issues promptly. Skills and attributes for success - 3+ years of consulting. In large consulting companies (eg Big4) preferred - Master Degreewith a strong academic record of achievement - Project management expertise: Proficiency in leading and implementing large scale transformative projects, specifically for MedTech and Life Sciences clients. Owning the overall PMO activities including managing resources, timeline, scope, and budget - Pricing/CPQ expertise: Competency in leading customer and commercial transformations using client’s CRM solutions and implementing Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) with different technologies (e.g., PROS) - Digital transformation: Experience in leading, supporting and facilitating digital transformation projects specifically in the Med-tech and Life Sciences sectors - Commercial excellence: Ability to initiate and execute commercial excellence projects based on the client’s specific needs (e.g., Marketing, Go-to-market strategies, Digital Health…) in the MedTech, Life Sciences and healthcare sectors, across various therapeutic areas - Strategic thinking & problem solving: Strong ability to analyze, strategize and resolve complex problems and define large scaled long term strategic plans - Business development: ability to build long term relationships with clients and identify opportunities to expand projects portfolio - Leadership and team spirit: Experience in onboarding, guiding, and supporting junior resources in their professional development International background: Proven ability to adapt to multi-national and multi-cultural work environments - Communication Skills:Excellent communication capabilities, with fluency in English, French and Italian (any other language is considered a plus) What we offer EY Switzerland offers you to work in a diverse and inclusive environment with around 3,000 employees from 64 different countries.
