About the department

Safety Surveillance Biopharm is a department within Global Safety, situated in Bagsværd. You will join the team of Safety Surveillance Assistants (4 in total) who provide services across the Safety Surveillance departments to approximately 90 colleagues in a multi-cultural environment. The departments in Safety Surveillance have the global responsibility for the surveillance of all safety information for Novo Nordisk’s investigational and marketed products ensuring patient safety.



The job

The position as a Safety Surveillance Assistant is open for immediate employment.



Your key responsibilities reside within the recruitment and on boarding process for new employees in close collaboration with managers and directors.



This includes scheduling of interviews, establishment of workplace, development of introduction program and other associated administrative tasks.



In parallel and in close collaboration with the assistant team, you will provide general administrative support such as arrangement of meetings, catering, meetings minutes and a variety of ad hoc assistance across safety surveillance.



Qualifications

Your educational background includes a bachelor degree within business administration, or equivalent, with at least four years of experience from similar positions. You are a proficient user of MS Office and find it easy to master new IT systems. You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken.



As a person you are a completer with a structured approach to your responsibilities. You work independently, but also value the importance of being a part of a team. For your deliverables, taking ownership and ensuring quality is a must. You have excellent communication skills and master to interact with people at different levels within an organisation. You are able to adapt to changes and can prioritise your assignments as required.
