ECCO is looking for a Retoucher who strives for premium look and feel for a newly established position in ECCO Agency in Global Brand Management. We are strengthening our internal agency team with a new position as Retoucher. You will have the opportunity to become a key player in achieving an aesthetic look and feel of all ECCO campaigns and product images used worldwide. An eye for detail, strong retouching experience, and in depth knowledge about standards and requirements for imagery for online and print usage are skills necessary to succeed in the position. ECCO Agency is an in-house creative agency servicing the ECCO Group and worldwide. Our ambition is to deliver insight-driven consumer marketing and retail activation campaign on all communication platforms to current and new ECCO consumers worldwide. You will join a passionated and dedicated team of five graphic designers and a photography coordinator located in ECCO HQ in Bredebro. Job Profile: The role of the Retoucher in ECCO Agency In close collaboration with the photography coordinator, you will perform a variety of different tasks related to the flow of product and lifestyle imagery used within the ECCO organization and our external business partners. •Maintain production of a high volume of images under very tight deadlines. •Partner cross functional with other team members to ensure quality and fulfilment of work, as well as proactively address discrepancies and solve these issues. •Utilize appropriate digital asset management techniques across Global Brand Management. •Name, add metadata, and upload images to our DAM system. •Colour correction and treatment according to product samples provided. •Capture product video and product imagery in the studio. •Perform other duties as assigned and join special projects if required. Qualifications and Work Experience: •BA in Graphic Design or Photography. •Can demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Photoshop, Bridge, Capture One and know you way around RAW. •Proficiency with Mac and basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel). •Possess comprehensive knowledge of retouching skin tone, structures and surfaces, body shapes, clothing and product refinement, as well as colour theory and the ability to control colour/contrast for web. •A good eye for details is a must. •Comfortable working with high pace without sacrificing overall image quality. •Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills are expected. •Occasional late nights and weekends may occur. •Fashion industry experience is a plus. •A natural interest for photography and video recording is a benefit, but not a must. •Strong English skills, as the company language is English. •Teamplayer and have a high level of experience in retouching from a similar position in a quality focused high volume production environment.
