The space consists of 14 elegant treatment rooms, equipped with the latest Gharieni couches, a large, well-lit, glass-walled Fitness studio offering classes - in groups or private - in suspended yoga, power yoga and meditation chakras, as well as the HYPOXI* Studio.

Mission:

. Receive, serve and provide information to SPA customers. Sale and promotion of its services and products.

Tasks:

• Responsible for performing general service tasks at the SPA reception;

• Perform data entry tasks in the system;

• Organization of the hours of therapists and beauticians;

• Clarification of customer questions regarding the functioning of the SPA;

• Support guests in whatever they are asked to do;

• Ensure the proper functioning of the SPA.

Requirements:

• Attendance, responsibility and sense of duty;

• Dynamic personality, proactive and with a passion for work;

• Fundamental knowledge of: interpersonal communication and service techniques, standards and rules of reception and protocol appropriate to customer service;

• Fluency in the English language;

• Experience in Spa in 5 Star Hotels.
