Help keep projects on track As Project Manager in our Moulding Projects & Platforms department, you manage a portfolio of projects across global LEGO Manufacturing sites. Your projects may concern everything from participating in building new factories, creating new set-ups and production platforms to replacement of machines and equipment. In doing so, you: - Manage projects in the global project portfolio - Coordinate across several functional areas and secure alignment and commitment - Plan and coordinate projects and initiatives with suppliers - Drive R&D activities within our production set-up Join our connected community You will join a department responsible for running global manufacturing projects and a European, family-owned business known for its supportive, collaborative network and team structure. On a typical project, you will be working with a project team of anything between 4 and 20 people from on-site project groups to our Engineering department. A great communicator with a strong technical background Because of the collaborative nature of your work, you will get to communicate with a wide array of stakeholders. You play a key role in making sure all stakeholders are heard and that projects stay on track, once a direction is agreed upon. Moreover, you enjoy working in a global setting, as you will be managing projects at production sites across the world. You have a natural interest in the technical area and you practice a hands-on approach to project management.
