Have you had enough of standing at a building site with your hard hat? Would you rather use your project management prowess to create standardised project management compliance and facilitate and implement the templates and processes to match? Help us capture learnings and improve processes, templates and projects As part of the Global Project Management team in Facility, you will be involved in a broad portfolio of large and highly complex projects - from minor alterations to major factories. You will spend most of your time identifying and solving problems using online project management, and your main responsibility is to capture learnings from the past and support the organisation in utilising this knowledge. In doing so, your core activities include: Supporting the global team in assessing and improving project management throughout the organisation and facilitating and implementing After Action Reviews Standardise project management practises, hereunder implementing LEGO Standards throughout the organisation and ensuring compliance Supporting the global team in improving communication so senior executives and stakeholders know the status of any project in terms of timeline, budget, etc. Supporting the global team in communication and decision making in order for projects to meet their strategic objectives Travelling 40-50 days per year to see, describe, follow up on and deliver After Action Reviews for our long-term Projects Buildings that support our growth and the builders of tomorrow The LEGO Group is experiencing a tremendous growth globally and the amount of construction projects are increasing to ensure future production and office capacity. Project Manager who is energised by supporting project managers from your desk rather than hands-on To succeed in this role, you need to understand our project managers and their world, and the better you are at explaining why After Action Review and implementing these in our processes is a great idea, the more success you will experience.
