Program Director for New Moulding Platform in the LEGO Group

Global insight to ensure successful global role out of a new platform As Program Director for the LEGO® Moulding Platform 2015 (MP 2015), you are instrumental in ensuring a successful global roll-out of this platform to increase our global production capacity and ensure maximum flexibility, so we can respond effectively to the global customer demands. This includes managing the MP 2015 program not just in terms of business and production, but also as a culture, capability building and mind-set change program. In doing so, you have following areas of responsibility: Program management at strategic and operational level, including aligning and involving key stakeholders, planning and following up on program activities in close collaboration with the Elements & Moulds (E&M) Leadership Team Ongoing progress evaluation and status reporting to the Steering Committee (Global Moulding Team) and other stakeholders Being an ambassador for MP2015 through strong and targeted communication and by making the remarkable MP2015 results visible to all, based on applying a data-driven approach Analysing the end-to-end business processes to optimise management and organisational effectiveness as well as supporting the transition leadership journey around MP2015 Preparing recommendations and business cases for continuous program development and ongoing funding for the program and acting as a strong sparring partner for the Head of E&M Impact and drive forth the globalisation of LEGO® Elements & Moulds As Program Director for MP2015, you will be a valued sparring partner in ensuring the capacity needed to deliver all the cool LEGO Products to children around the world. By rallying key stakeholders and communicating results, you directly impact the buy-in necessary to successfully roll-out this new way of thinking about moulds and moulding on a global level. Ultimately, your work helps us achieve our mission of inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow. Proven track record in program management, change management and communication This position will challenge your ability to deliver global and effective change management on a strategic level. And to facilitate this, you are extrovert, able to engage and influence others through communication and create an emotional hook to your program. With your solid communication skills, you are able to mobilise the organisation towards change.
