Nordea Markets is setting out on an exciting journey where we define the future of financial advisory in a digital context. As a Project Owner, you will play a key role on this journey.
You set the direction for the best digital experience in the market by analysing customer workflows and sales processes and teaming up with the right people and competencies. Furthermore, you contribute with best practice within digital and agile development and are a source of inspiration in these areas.
The position we offer
You are curious of nature; always searching for new insights into the area of financial advisory. Using your knowledge and experience within digital innovation, you analyse your findings and take a driver role in defining new digital concepts and designs in collaboration with our UX and Design team.
You take ownership and make sure that your concepts are delivered to customers by working closely with your colleagues. You take responsibility for the smooth and effective running of projects with a focus on great delivery and agile development. To do this you should have great skills in effective project leadership and an understanding of project tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis and quality assurance. With this in mind, an understanding of the principles of project management and appropriate methodologies is important.
You secure progress and coordination with other projects in our digital portfolio. You are responsible for ensuring transparency, information and communication to the organization and stakeholders.
The qualifications you need
There are several entry paths to the position, but you definitely have a natural curiosity and an innovative, digital, mind-set. As you will have a lot of contact to various stakeholders, you must have a good eye for stakeholder management and stakeholder communication.
You must have:
-A master’s degree in economics, engineering, science or a related field.
-A proven track record from digital development (+5 years’ experience).
Experience with the capital markets area (or at least a strong interest in learning about it).
-Fluency in English.
Preferably, you also have:
-Experience with financial advisory.
-Experience with agile software development (our tech. stack is HTML5, JavaScript and Java).

We have equally high ambitions for an outstanding UI design and implementation, and we use the latest in web development tools and agile processes to achieve our goals. We are eight people in the Nexus Trading and Advisory team, and we are located on the trading floor in Copenhagen.
