Pool Supervisor (m/f)
Your Tasks:
- Ensures day-to-day safety at the swimming pool and wellness areas
- Cleans the pool and measures the water values as required by pool hygiene regulations
- Is responsible for supervising pool areas and slides
- Provides first aid
- Is the contact person for bathers and works together with the spa reception
Your Profile:
- At least 2 years of work experience as a pool supervisor or in a comparable position
- Completed training for pool facilities or has a lifeguard certification
- Excellent German or English skills; additional languages are desirable
- Additional qualifications in the wellness field
- Strong service and quality orientation
- Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
- A can-do attitude, hands-on mentality, and strong solution orientation
- Team player
