Pizzamaker / part time / full time

We are looking for full-time and part-time pizza bakers to start in April 2022.

These are primarily evening and weekend guards.

SanGiovanni is a family-run Italian restaurant with 34 years behind it. We are located in Vesterbro in Aalborg and consist of both Trattoria with take away, function rooms and wine cellar with Private Dining - a total of about 1100 sqm on 2 floors. It is open 7 days a week in the evening - it is not open for lunch, so a lot of evening work is required.

We make everything ourselves from scratch, more ingredients are sourced in Italy and we work with fresh ingredients. You will be part of a kitchen team of 9 people.

We expect:

• that you have experience in baking Italian pizza
• that you have a high work ethic and meet on time and can keep a cool head when busy
• that you are thorough and quality conscious
• that you can work in a structured way and take responsibility
