1. Online Learning Designer with focus on gamification

Your Profile: - practical knowledge of instructional approaches and tools required for designing and developing effective gamified learning activities - passionate about exploring new learning methods - creative, open minded and flexible

- ability to unlearn and relearn some of the traditional notions related to learning styles and preferences

- experience with eLearning authoring software, Articulate Storyline would be a plus - experience with game development, animation and video editing software - excellent verbal and written communication - fluent English,

Work Description: - taking educational activities and games from concept to delivery - designing user interactions with educational content in mind - work closely with educational content creation teams to create suitable designs

- propose ideas and game concepts to non-technical members of the team - creation of animations or learning videos could be part of this role for the right candidate

2. UI, UX designer

Your Profile: - formal education in the field of design - good knowledge of UI, UX design for web and mobile applications

- ability to understand and respect customer needs to turn them into functional designs - profound software skills in wireframing, like Balsamiq, and prototyping, like Axure RP, Flinto or similar - profound expertise in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch and others - team player mentality - fluent English,

Work Description: Support our design team in developing applications for web and mobile, progressive and native.

- be responsible for internal and external web and mobile applications in regard to enterprise requirements

- create user interfaces and design elements according to enterprise guidelines - build responsive layouts and intuitive user flows - focus on simplicity and technical aspects - communicate with project managers as well as with development teams

- present ideas to enterprise stakeholders - move forward internal interface guidelines together with other UI and UX designers
