You are a recently graduated computer scientist, IT engineer or master in Business Administration and Computer Science. You have achieved good results in school and you are ambitious, focused and want to proceed in a career as a consultant within validation of IT systems for the highly regulated Life Sciences industry.
Your responsibilities as Junior Compliance Consultant
The Junior Consultant program is offered to 4 Junior Consultants, who will all have a personal mentor from day one. You will gain a broad range of practical experience in a short time and focus intensely on practical experience and learning, both in the actual project groups, in the dialogue with other Junior Consultants and in the regular conversations with your personal mentor. You will be offered selected training courses and certifications that match your abilities and ambitions.
As a consultant you will be trained in working in close cooperation with the customer and project management where you use your analytical skills to validate IT systems and ensure that they meet user requirements and regulatory requirements. You will primarily work on tasks for Life Science customers but you could also work within other regulated industries. It is important that you can adapt to each client's needs and interpretation of regulatory requirements as they may be very different.
In time you will be responsible for quality planning, do risk-based quality assurance and ensuring the development of specifications and test strategies, so the total IT delivery meets customer needs and regulatory requirements. You are also responsible for test planning and that it is delivered on time. You will follow up on project milestones and ensure reporting on the quality assurance activities.
As Compliance Consultant you must always be at the forefront of the latest knowledge in the field and you put your knowledge into play in your projects with the customer.
The position gives you a high degree of international aspects, both by traveling to our European customers, as well as your responsibility for offshore work in our offices in China and the Philippines.
You will be part of our Compliance & Validation team
Compliance & Validation team includes 40 skilled consultants in Denmark and about 30 colleagues in China and the Philippines. We are committed to consulting services focused on validation and quality management of IT systems, primarily within the Life Science segment, but also other regulated industries. In addition to taking responsibility for complex consulting services in large IT development projects, we also provide customers with strategic advice on compliance with regulatory requirements (validation, quality assurance and documentation) and process improvements in IT systems, ongoing maintenance and operation.

The team is part of the Solutions division responsible for advising our customers on business and technology as well as designing and implementing IT solutions and applications.
Qualifications and experience
You have a higher education and maybe 3-5 years’ experience in quality assurance of IT systems within the life sciences segment. We would also like to hear from you if you are a recent graduate within Life Science, Health IT, Bio-IT, computer science or other relevant master’s degree.
Perhaps you have gained IT or Life Sciences experience from a student job. But the most important thing is that you are passionate about your work, can think independently and at the same time have a strong belief in the power of working together as a team. You must have an advisory mind-set and thrive on delivering high quality services.
You are able to communicate clearly in English both written and orally.
