CompuSoft A/S in Denmark is looking for Swedish-speaking IT professionals to help guide clients through their digital transformation. The role requires broad and deep technology expertise, and we are looking for you who also can speak and write Swedish and are passionate about IT support.
Our Technical Consultants work directly with clients to build, deploy, operate, and optimize complex enterprise environments. Your task is to receive inquiries from users and help by phone or in writing through our self-developed helpdesk system. You must be familiar with remote control tools and assist users with the installation of hardware, software, and printers.
You will be trained in our self-developed industry software and can guide our clients in using the systems.
The job is versatile, you will work in a dynamic environment and your role will be extroverted with a large interface. You will primarily be given work assignments in Swedish, but it is also a prerequisite that you can speak and write in English.

CompuSoft is located close to Odense, Denmark's third largest city with 180,000 inhabitants. Odense is Funen's green capital and provides many restaurants in a class of its own, breathtaking sights and exciting shopping. Odense is 167 km from Copenhagen - that's just over an hour by fast train, or two hours by car. Odense is also under 1.5 hours from Aarhus. Trains run from all over Denmark’s mainland (Jutland) to Odense, as well as from Copenhagen Central Station.
CompuSoft supports large and medium-sized companies and organizations. We have strong focus on creating efficient and dynamic end-to-end solutions. We do so with our Omnichannel-solutions covering among others booking systems, onlinebooking, guest app, onlineshops, selfservice solutions, access control, and ticketing. Our team consists of 37 dedicated employees devided into support, development, and sales.
