About the department
You will get the opportunity to join an international and high performing team in Bagsværd, Denmark, responsible for developing and maintaining the quality management system and Quality processes in Novo Nordisk A/S. We work in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders. We establish the Quality processes’ strategies and manage the development projects needed within healthcare Quality processes.
The job
This internship is to support Quality process governance and development. Your tasks will be to support the Quality Process Experts in stakeholder management in day-to-day business processes and tasks related to different Quality projects related to Quality processes. These tasks include support with management presentations, preparing stakeholder network events and contribute to stakeholder interviews/surveys and assistance with daily communication and planning and you will have plenty of opportunities to influence the projects you will be involved in. You will work primarily on one of the projects in the department; however you should be prepared to assist when needed on other projects. This will give you a chance to see more parts of the company.
Qualifications
We are looking for an intern who is passionate about communication. You are currently studying on your master’s degree in communication, change management, project management or other relevant field. General knowledge of what makes good communication will be needed and you must have experience using Microsoft Office especially MS PowerPoint and if you have worked with Microsoft SharePoint or a similar web tool it will be preferred. Fluency in both oral and written English; ability to manage a large volume of tasks (with supervision) and excellent interpersonal skills are required.

In addition we expect you are service minded, thrive in a busy environment and bring a can-do attitude and have a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you must have strong work ethics and willingness to take responsibility for your own learning.
Practicalities
Requirement: Students in their first or second year of their master studies
Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months
Start date: 1 Februar 2016
