About the department

The purpose of the PS@SAP programme is to replace the current IT system PRISM, to support the future supply chain in Product Supply. The programme has ensured successful implementations of SAP and MES (PS@SAP) systems in Denmark, Brazil and China. Currently we are implementing PS@SAP on our production sites in USA, France and in Japan. We would need support during our go-lives in the PS@SAP 2016 project during spring.



The job

You will support the PS@SAP projects in day-to-day tasks focusing on project cooperation and contribute to the project delivery. In this role you will ensure project governance is being followed and will support track leads with various ad-hoc tasks during project go-live and kick off phase of a the next project. Examples of task are training documentation management, master data approval coordination and global remedy tracking.



Qualifications

As a person you are ambitious, energetic and find it easy to understand new processes and are willing to go the extra mile to accomplish your tasks and goals. Needless to say you work structured and have the ability to keep an overview of many on-going activities. It is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently.



Practicalities

Qualification: Students in their first or second year of their master studies.

Period: The internship position is a full-time position for 4-6 months.

Start date: 1 Jan 2016
