1. International Project Manager (m/f) High Voltage Systems

Your tasks

  • Preparation of project specific, technical solutions for the construction of High Voltage substations and overhead transmission lines with grid operator, customer and suppliers
  • Choosing and planning of components and operating equipment for new High Voltage substations in cooperation with suppliers and installation companies (primary and secondary equipment, construction engineering)
  • Creation of bills of quantities and statements of requirements, leading of negotiations
  • Cooperation with other involved departments within the whole wind farm project
  • Creation and negotiation of offers for construction and work, management of High Voltage substations
  • Construction and installation supervision, monitoring of commissioning and performance of take-overs
  • Project control under the aspects costs, quality and time
  • Leading and closing of approval processes with authorities

Your qualifications

  • Graduate engineer (BA or MA) in Electrical Engineering
  • Prior experience in a similar position is a plus
  • Experience in planning and construction of systems in the field of electrical engineering
  • Experience in planning and construction of High Voltage substations
  • Project management skills
  • Excellent command of English and German (both written and spoken)
  • Good communication and negotiating skills
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Ability to cope with pressure and working on one‘s own initiative
