Head of Service Management/IT, Corporate Functions, Bagsværd
You will be playing a key role in developing and implementing the service strategy towards the delivery of excellent user and business oriented IT services. You will be responsible for the management and empowerment of a highly dedicated Service Delivery team which is based in Bagsværd, Denmark and US.
Your team's responsibilities include the facilitation of dialogue and interaction with the Novozymes business functions around service requirements, driving continuous improvement of IT Services, managing escalations and overall communication around services. Your team is also the gatekeeper of our production environment and as such responsible for supporting project transitions into normal operations.
Internally you are responsible for a significant part of the Nozozymes IT budget and the management of internal and external service partners.
In this position you need to:
- Have a Master's degree in IT, Engineering or related field
- Possess strong management skills
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Be able to drive a strong service improvement agenda
- Organize and prioritize many tasks
- Have extensive experience with service management
- Have experience from working in a multi-cultural work environment
