Job Summary

Head Chefs arerequired for 4 and % * star hotels in Dublin

Responsibilities:

  • All kitchen areas
  • Be responsible for all food ordering
  • Ensure a high standard of food and hygiene at all times
  • Take responsibility for training kitchen staff
  • Implement a plan with management team for functions and special events
  • Work with the management team to bring new menus in the restaurant
  • Implement HACCP

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a 4 star hotel

Fully qualified
