Project Governance is a Corporate Staff Function. We are a team of 12 experienced professionals, and we work out of NNE Pharmaplan’s headquarter in Gentofte, but are on a daily basis in contact with our global organization.

Global Project Governance is responsible for:

•Quality Procedures and Best Practice Standards and Guidelines

•The three global boards (Quality-, Engineering- and Project Management boards)

•Audit planning and executions

•Competence Upgrade courses within Project- and Engineering Management

•Portfolio management

•Project support (Bid Strategy- and Proposal review’s and Project Steering Committee support)

Your job

You will be responsible for the process of auditing/checking the use and implementation of the Smarter Execution systems and methods and also bringing back suggestions about how to improve systems, procedures, standards and guidelines.

More specific the task includes: 

•Planning of internal and external audits and compliance checks (use of better practices) 

•Execution of internal project audits and compliance checks 

•Follow up on results and Non Compliance’s 

•Assess QMS/OM/OW suggestions 

•Evaluate and present audit and compliance check trending quarterly

The job will be anchored in Project Governance but will have all NP regions / offices as work place so significant travel activity must be expected.

The job can be done from all countries and presence in DK can be limited to be approx. 5 days / month.

Qualifications

We expect you to have an engineering background and +10 years of experience with project execution within consulting engineering from a leader’s point of view (project manager, work package owner)

You have a quality mindset and strive for quality in everything you do.

You have a global mindset and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment.

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

As you will be interacting with many people, good communication skills, willingness to tackle challenges and an open personality is required. During audits and compliance checks we expect you to be dynamic, consistent and challenging. You are able to understand the needs of our organization, our projects and our customers. You have personal drive, a positive mindset and a good sense of humor.
