The Procurement organisation manages multiple billions of spend every year across the Novo Nordisk value chain – as a Global Procurement Graduate you will have the opportunity to drive performance across the business.
The Global Procurement Graduate Programme
Our Global Procurement Graduate Programme is designed to provide comprehensive knowledge of Procurement across Novo Nordisk which requires a solid understanding of the internal stakeholders across Novo Nordisk value chain.
The programme will develop your skills within category management, supplier strategies, negotiation, sourcing processes, procurement systems and project- and change management. You will develop through training, access to senior mentors and a very steep learning curve.
Develop an international network
The Global Procurement Graduate Programme is a 2-year journey consisting of four 6-months rotations:
Three rotations in our headquarters in Denmark
One rotation in one of our international affiliates or production sites
Global opportunities
After successfully completing the programme you will have the necessary professional and personal skills to embark on a career at Novo Nordisk with a permanent position within Procurement and Sourcing. While you could be based in Denmark, your broad network and international experience from the programme will provide global career opportunities.
Requirements
To join the Global Procurement Graduate Programme you must have a master’s degree in a relevant field, for example within Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management. You have an outstanding academic record and are in the top of your class. Also, you have no more than 1 year of work experience since finishing your studies and an excellent command of both spoken and written English. You are very ambitious, have strong analytical skills and a high drive.
