Our client a large multinational in Cork City are currently looking for a number of Technical Support Engineers to join their existing team. 

 

The Role

In this role the Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance in English and their native language on a range of product installed and/or configured on any supported Windows platforms.

This role will also support malware issues and will be provided via various means of communication such as Phone, Email, and or Web Tools

The objective will be to deliver Technical Support with the aim of driving high Customer Satisfaction levels.

Where the primary role of the Support Engineer is to handle preferred Partners/Distributors and Customer/Resellers` technical queries, this role will also involve various tasks aiming at enhancing the internal support organization, partner support and product portfolio.

Requirements

Degree educated

Experience in a similar role

Native German/French and Fluent English

Strong technical ability.
