Work in a multi-disciplinairy team

Establishing a patient care plan and setting health goals

Administering medications to patients based on a care plan

address physical, psycho social, cultural and family concerns as well

provide personal care such as bathing
Profile:
-
Degree in Nursing
-
Previous experience is a plus
-
Strong clinical and technical skills
-
provide patient care on a personal level

Problem solving and decision making skills
-
passion for patient care

You have good verbal and written communication skills in English or French
-
Motivated to learn Dutch ( Flemish department )

You want to work in shifts ( day, night, weekend)
