By the banks of the River Arra, we’re a cozy, two-storey fine-dining restaurant located in the heart of Newcastle West. We are currently recruiting a Full-time Waiter or Waitress who possesses experience, flexibility, versatility and excellent customer service skills. The Candidate - Previous experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment. - Available to work full-time hours. - Punctual in time-management. - Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. - Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relations. - A positive attitude. - Good hygiene and cleanliness. - Maintaining high standards. The Role - Versatility in performing front of house roles, such as serving customers food/drinks, taking orders and bookings, doing preparations, making hot beverages, - washing and polishing glasses/cutleries. - Cleaning and resetting tables with cutlery, glasses, etc. - Maintaining a hygienic and tidy environment; ensure tables, accompaniments and counters are kept clean and adequately supplied throughout the service period. - Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitising, sweeping floors, wiping windows, etc. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
